Privacy Policy
Axer Strategies, LLC, doing business as Estrada Marketing (the “Company”), is committed to maintaining robust privacy protections for its users. Our Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and safeguard the information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our Service.
For purposes of this Agreement, “Service” refers to the Company’s website at estrada.marketing, where visitors can find information about our brand and website packages for Texas law firms and contact us to request a diagnosis. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company. “You” refers to you, as a visitor to our Service. By using our Service, you consent to our collection, storage, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
I. Information We Collect
We collect “Non-Personal Information” and “Personal Information.” Non-Personal Information includes information that cannot be used to personally identify you, such as anonymous usage data, general demographic information, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, and aggregate usage patterns. Personal Information includes your email, first name, last name, and business information, which you submit to us voluntarily through our contact form.
Information collected via Technology
Nothing optional runs until you choose. Analytics is off by default. Until you accept analytics cookies, we do not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or Microsoft Clarity, and no request is made to Google or Microsoft. If you decline, that stays true. You can read everything on this site without accepting anything.
If you accept analytics, we use three services, all of them to understand how the site is used in aggregate and to improve it:
- Google Tag Manager loads and manages the tags below. It is the container, not a measurement tool in itself.
- Google Analytics 4 records page views and interaction events so we can see which resources get used.
- Microsoft Clarity, a product analytics service from Microsoft Corporation, records behavioural metrics, heatmaps, and session replay. Session replay reconstructs how a page rendered and how it was used: mouse movement, clicks, scrolling, and navigation between pages.
Between them these services collect device and browser details, the page you are on, the referring URL, clicks, scroll depth, your consent choice, and interaction events. We use this to see which resources earn their keep, to find where the experience is confusing, and to decide what to build next. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not use it for advertising.
What is never recorded. Microsoft masks the contents of input boxes and dropdown menus in every configuration, and states this cannot be switched off. On top of that, we specifically mask the contact form and its results, the newsletter signup, and any value you type that the page displays back to you. Free-text you enter is not captured.
Who processes it, and for how long.Microsoft processes Clarity data as our service provider and stores it in Microsoft Azure. Microsoft’s published retention is 30 days for session playback, and up to nine monthsfor click and heatmap data and for any session that has been labelled or favourited. Microsoft’s handling is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Hosting, which applies either way.The site is served by Vercel. Delivering a page necessarily discloses the technical details of the request to them: the page you asked for, your browser’s headers, and your IP address as part of ordinary internet routing. This happens whether or not you accept analytics, because it is how the site reaches you at all. Vercel handles it as our service provider for delivery, security and abuse prevention, never for analytics or advertising.
Cookies these services set. Only after you accept analytics. _clck holds a Clarity identifier for this site and lasts about a year; _clsk links page views within one session and lasts about a day. Google Analytics sets its own cookies under the same condition. Separately, estrada_consent stores your consent decision itself for six months, so we do not have to ask again on every visit — this one is essential and is set whichever way you choose.
Storage that has nothing to do with analytics. One value, and only if it applies to you. It is not used for measurement, shared with anyone, or linked to you.
estrada_internalis set only on a device someone has deliberately registered as ours for testing, which excludes that device from analytics. It records a schema version and nothing else. You will not have this one unless you registered it.
How long these actually last. The durations above are what we ask for, rather than a guarantee. Your browser has the final say, and Safari in particular deletes storage written by JavaScript after about seven days without a visit. So if you come back here occasionally on an iPhone, expect to be asked about cookies again. Nothing breaks; the site simply starts you from the default.
Changing your mind. Use Cookie settingsin the footer at any time. It opens the same choices and shows what you currently have selected. When you withdraw we stop sending analytics events immediately, signal the withdrawal to both Google and Microsoft, and delete Clarity’s cookies. One honest caveat: Google’s tag container stays in your browser’s memory until your next page load, so it may still send a small number of cookieless pings before then. No analytics cookies are read or written from the moment you withdraw, and nothing loads again unless you consent afresh.
Global Privacy Control. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat advertising as refused and keep it refused, regardless of any stored choice.
No advertising trackers. Estrada Marketing is not currently running any advertising or retargeting tags. We do not ask for advertising consent, and we do not store one. If that ever changes we will ask again, specifically, before any advertising tag runs — an analytics choice you made previously would not carry over.
Information you provide us through our contact form
If you submit our contact form to request a consultation, you will provide your name, email address, and business information, along with your answers to the qualifying questions on that form. This information is used solely to evaluate whether our services are a fit for your needs and, if so, to follow up with you about scheduling a consultation.
II. How We Use and Share Information
Personal Information
We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your Personal Information with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as email delivery, scheduling, and analytics providers. Those vendors may access your Personal Information only as needed to perform their services and only in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
We use the Personal Information you submit to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for our services, schedule consultations, and — if you don’t proceed with a consultation — to direct you toward more appropriate resources when relevant.
Non-Personal Information
We use Non-Personal Information to improve the Site and understand how visitors use it. It is shared with the analytics providers named above and with the hosting provider that serves the site, each acting on our behalf as a service provider. We do not sell it, and we do not share it for advertising, retargeting, or cross-context behavioural profiling. Anything else — a new provider, or a new purpose — is a change to this policy, not something this section already permits.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your Personal Information may be among the assets transferred, subject to this Privacy Policy or its successor.
III. How We Protect Information
We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, including encryption and secure connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using our Service, you acknowledge and accept this risk.
IV. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information
You have the right at any time to request that we delete your Personal Information or stop contacting you. To do so, email us at info@estrada.marketing. We will honor such requests promptly, except where we are required to retain information for legitimate business or legal purposes.
V. Links to Other Websites
Our Site contains links to other websites (including LinkedIn and Estrada Marketing). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party sites. This Privacy Policy applies only to information collected through our Site. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.
VI. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
VII. Contact Us
If you have any questions regarding this Privacy Policy, please email us at info@estrada.marketing.
Privacy requests. To ask what we hold about you, to correct or delete it, or to opt out, use the same address and put Privacy request in the subject line. We respond within 30 days. To withdraw analytics consent you do not need to contact us at all: use Cookie settings in the footer, which takes effect immediately.
One honest note on what we can actually retrieve. We do not operate logins and do not attach your identity to analytics data, so for Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity there is usually no way for us to find your records from a name or an email address. We can always retrieve and delete anything you sent us through the contact form or the newsletter.
