Half up front, half on completion. Every fixed price package splits in two: half on signature before any work starts, and half when the work is delivered. No monthly billing, and no balance that outlives the project.

Untouched platform defaults, text styled to look like headings instead of being headings, a logo that goes soft anywhere it runs large, and a link preview pulling a file that was never meant for it.

Your copy stays exactly as it is, on purpose. Material content changes mean a new Bar submission. Presentation and infrastructure do not.

What this does not cover

Page layout redesign, copywriting and new pages are not included. Those change the substance the Bar approved, which means a fresh submission, so they belong in a Rebuild.
